The Dayton Emerging Fashion Incubator (DE-FI)LLC's model search is designed to give aspiring models a platform to gain the attention of designers, media, photographers, and model scouts from around the country; selected models will train under (DE-FI) CEO and former model Caressa Brown.  Ms. Brown, who signed her first modeling contract at the age of 12, was developed by Click Modeling agency in the late 90's in Atlanta, in 2001 she was a Regional Semi-Finalist in the Elite Model

Look Competition, and has had several modeling contracts throughout her modeling career which has spanned over 20 years.
In 2012 nearly 20 models scouted and trained by Caressa  and the (DE-FI) team have gone on to be scouted and or signed with modeling agencies all over the country and have appeared in Vogue Italia, Africa Vogue, Abercrombie & Fitch, and have walked in Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York.  In addition to gaining valuable coaching and experience, models selected will be submitted to some of the top modeling agencies in the world!!

Aside from receiving valuable training from (DE-FI) for our fashion events, (DE-FI) also works with models to prepare them for agency visits to Chicago and New York.  (Please Note:  (DE-FI) is not an agency, we do not sell classes, or pictures.  We do however, have a group of photographers that we work with and recommend to help build your portfolio, any cost associated with any photoshoot with a (DE-FI) related photographer are those of the Photographer and not related to (DE-FI).)
